Every Rêvery & Silk piece is woven from 22-momme Grade 6A mulberry silk and finished according to the strictest international textile-safety standards. Below: our active certifications, what they guarantee, and where to verify them independently.
OEKO-TEX Standard 100
Certificate holder: Rêvery & Silk's weaving partner, Hangzhou.
What it guarantees: Every component of the textile (fabric, thread, dyes, finishes, labels) has been tested for over 350 harmful substances — formaldehyde, heavy metals, pesticides, banned azo dyes — and falls below the human-ecological safety thresholds. This is the same standard required for textiles in direct contact with babies' skin (Annex 4, Product Class I).
Certificate ID and PDF will be added here. Awaiting issuance from the testing body (TESTEX / Hohenstein).
Grade 6A long-strand silk
What it means: Silk is graded from 1A (lowest, shortest fibres) to 6A (highest, longest fibres). Only filaments at least 1,000 metres long qualify as Grade 6A. Long-strand silk pills less, lasts longer, and feels smoother.
Grade 6A is a producer-side classification — not a third-party certification — but it is verifiable by mill audit and is the basis for our 10-year wear guarantee.

What we do not yet have
We're working toward GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) certification for our next collection, and traceability via blockchain batch IDs. We'll update this page as those credentials are issued.
Verify independently
