Refund policy

30-day returns — You have 30 days from delivery to request a return (beyond the 14-day legal right of withdrawal).

  Conditions — Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, in their original packaging with tags. For hygiene reasons,
  sleep masks, bonnets and hair accessories cannot be returned once opened or used.

  How to return — Email contact@reverysilk.com with your order number; we'll send you the return address. Return
  shipping is at the customer's expense, except for a defective item or our error.

  Refund — Once your return is received and checked, the refund is issued within 14 days to the original payment method.

  Damaged or defective — Contact us within 48 h with photos: free replacement or full refund.
