  1. Scope — These terms govern all sales on reverysilk.com.
  2. Products — Mulberry silk items, described as accurately as possible (slight on-screen colour variations may occur).
  3. Prices — In euros. VAT not applicable, Art. 293 B of the French Tax Code (CGI). Prices may change at any time; the price applied is the one in effect
  at the time of order.
  4. Orders — An order is final once payment is validated; a confirmation email is sent.
  5. Payment — Secure payment via the methods offered at checkout.
  6. Delivery — Times and fees detailed in our Shipping Policy (Europe: 5–10 business days).
  7. Withdrawal / returns — 30 days, per our Refund Policy.
  8. Legal guarantees — Statutory guarantee of conformity and against hidden defects.
  9. Liability — We cannot be held liable for misuse of the products.
  10. Personal data — Processed per our Privacy Policy.
  11. Governing law & disputes — French law. In case of dispute, we seek an amicable solution; failing that, consumer
  mediation and the competent courts apply.
